When traveling to Paris, it’s always fun to spot the latest fashion trends. One trend that is stronger than ever is sneakers. And I couldn’t be happier about this trend! Sneakers are so comfortable and can be a very strong fashion statement. From chunky to color-blocked to the classics, everyone in Paris was wearing sneakers.

Veja claims ecological and fair trade conditions and to work with cooperatives of small producers and social associations in Brazil and France. I have the white and black version and they have become my uniform.
Off White’s Virgil Abloh is one to watch! He is also the menswear Creative Director at Louis Vuitton Menswear. Time Magazine named him 100 of the most influential people in 2018 so I’m keeping an eye on him!
Leopard sneakers are “off the wall” but easy to wear.
Colorblock sneakers were everywhere in Paris! Balenciaga (above) does several cute options.
These Nike color blocks are a lot less expensive than Balenciaga and equally fun,
The Gucci bejeweled chunkies that went down the runway are almost sold out!
Even Claire Waight Keller of Givenchy (above) is embracing the chunky trend.
